Their lives take an unexpected turn when Syncere is awakened from a century-long slumber by the blood of Amionette, a modern woman with secrets as deep as his. The story unfolds with a heart-pounding mix of danger and desire as these two souls from different eras collide. I was absolutely captivated by the blend of ancient curses and contemporary struggles. The romance that simmers between Syncere and Amionette is as intoxicating as it is forbidden, making every page a pulse-quickening read.
Nastee’s narrative is gripping, her characters vividly drawn, and the romance? Utterly bewitching. A fresh find for lovers of vampires, mystery, and heart-stopping love stories, "Brothers Unholy" promises to be a series that you’ll not just read, but devour! Book Two: The Unfolding Drama
The saga continues with "Brothers Unholy 2," and the stakes are higher than ever. After becoming vampires, the Brown brothers’ only objective was staying together. Now risen from a 100-year slumber, their older brother Syncere is ready to spend eternity with his family. Except, his awakening is just as tumultuous as when he was put down.
The secret supernatural society, better known as The Free Garrisons, have made a decree—that in six months’ time, the Brown brothers are going down for their alteration of history and because they stand as a strong symbol for the black community. Upon finding out The Free Garrisons want their heads, several prophecies are revealed that involve the brothers, Amionette, and her newfound family.
Syncere’s main goal is to protect his brothers, but with Amionette as his newfound weak spot, he’s unsure if he can protect them, and love her. Zuri causes an accident that reminds her of the secrets she’s been keeping from her family, but she’ll find out that she isn’t the only one in her family keeping secrets. Malicio is another step closer to claiming Sanya as his wife, but they both have made grave mistakes that might not only keep them apart but create deadly outcomes for the both of them.
Shaylene and Fletcher should be preparing to welcome their baby into the world, but after overhearing an unexpected conversation, their baby’s life is in danger, and so is Shaylene’s happiness. Jasper and The Free Garrisons’ past is coming back to haunt everyone involved, and without a plan for survival, everyone’s life is in jeopardy.
"Brothers Unholy Book 2" has more action, more shocking secrets, and intertwined bloodlines that will surprise you but keep you reading.
Nastee’s talent shines through in this second installment, seamlessly linking together the intricate plotlines and deepening the character development. The drama is unfolding, secrets are revealed, and a little spiciness is happening—it was everything! I love how everything is linking together, and each character is discovering powers. The depth of characters is getting good; I need book three like yesterday, but I’ll wait because she’s penning a masterpiece. Now y’all know I don’t lie—I keep it 💯. It’s a must-read series.
